La Roche-Posay Lipikar Lait Urea 10%

bought this lotion for my son, who has struggled with severe keratosis pilaris (strawberry skin) on his arms and thighs for years. We tried so many different creams, but nothing worked until this. Within just two weeks of daily use, his skin is incredibly smooth, and the redness has faded significantly. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave a greasy residue. It gently exfoliates without causing any irritation or burning on his sensitive skin. He finally feels confident wearing short sleeves again. I cannot recommend La Roche-Posay Urea Lotion enough—it is worth every single penny!

I read in Reddit that urea should help KP in arms and buttocks and legs however it's been 2 weeks, I haven't seen or felt improvement. Still, I like how neutral it smells and it does feel like it's working just not as fast as I hoped. The pump action is great tho. Also, there is a bit of icky feels after freshly applying the lotion, so it takes quite a while to absorb fully (if it does at all) but I don't mind it that much. It's hydrating enough for me. Also received it earlier than the expected date but it didn't reflect accordingly in the app until days after. The consistency is also good, doesn't drip or run, but it glides easily across the skin. Update: 2 months later I've come to dislike the sticky feeling on my hands after application. It's so obvious there's a film there that I can't get rid of no matter where else I rub it off I also realized that I don't have before photos, but my arm KP has not improved much. Somehow the bumps were reduced but the discoloration is still very much dominant.

Quite honestly the best moisturiser I have ever used and Ive tried loads. Really good for very dry scaly skin, non greasy and absorbs well, visible reduction in Keratosis Pilaris and chicken skin, if you know you know. Spenny but worth it.
