Great size for pond

Waste of money, worked twice, then would not charge, grandson very sad, return window closed, do not buy.

Wow this mini re boat works perfect for a lake pool or pond or hot tub or bath I like to use mine in a lake or my hot tub it is incredible how well it works and it lasts about 18 minutes it is so easy to use it is fun and it is nice how you get it in a can and I would recommend buying some usb type c rubber plugs to prevent water getting in the charging port even though they are waterproof they will rust if not dried properly and they are only £2 for some plugs and you get 12 in a pack

We bought the Revell Control 23570 Mini RC Speedboat for a family holiday that coincided with one of our children's birthdays. Since we were travelling, space and weight in our luggage were at a premium, and this little boat fit the bill perfectly. ​Initial Setup & Tips ​The Charging Cable: When it arrives, don’t panic if you can't find the USB-C cable! It is actually tucked away inside the battery compartment of the controller body. ​Turning it On: The boat doesn’t have a standard power switch. It uses two contact points on the hull that need water to bridge them to turn the unit on. This is a clever safety feature that prevents the battery from draining when not in use, but it might confuse you at first if you're trying to test it on dry land! ​Batteries: You will need to provide your own batteries for the controller itself. ​Performance ​Battery Life: We got about 10–15 minutes of play time per charge. Given the tiny scale of the boat, this was exactly what we expected. ​Range: The range is surprisingly excellent! We were able to sit indoors (perfect for a rainy day) and navigate it around a small pool without any signal issues or effort. ​Handling: It does tend to pull slightly to one side rather than going perfectly straight, but it’s very easy to just correct the steering as you go. ​Final Verdict ​This was the ideal "rainy day" solution. Being able to stay dry under cover while the kids (and adults!) steered it around the pool from a distance made it a holiday highlight. If you need something small, portable, and reliable for a pool, this is a great choice. ​Pros: * Extremely portable for travel. ​Great signal range. ​Smart water-sensor power switch. ​Cons: * Short battery life (as expected for the size). ​Requires manual correction for straight-line tracking.

My 6 year old son loves this RC boat. It lasted about 20 mins from a full charge, which was enough time for him and his sister to play with it, and it’s small enough to go round the bath without it being an issue. (We have a RC shark which is bigger and he finds that too big to use). 100% recommend if your child loves RC stuff, easy to use and good value for money.

Do not buy, these are useless and don’t work. Had 2 now and neither have worked at all. Only buy if you enjoy a trip to the post office to return items and waste your time

Love this. Brought to use in a hot tub and it's the perfect size and easy to use

Excellent product, but very unclear when battery runs out :( We played with kids on a lake, one of them just turned off and we could not take it out due to weather. So be careful and play on small pools.

Bought as presents for our nephews for XMAS. Seem like a load of fun. I have a lot of brand loyalty for Revell from building their model planes as a kid.
