Fresh and tasty
I've tried various fig bars from Nature's Bakery and so far, I am a fan of all of them. There are different flavors and they are all so good. I really like this apple cinnamon. I try to keep my sweets at a minimum since I'm not a huge fan anyway, but when I get a craving, these bars are now my go-to. They are much better for you than eating pastries and are a good value for what you get.

Very good product, and taste's very good, also good for people like me to eat as I am a Diabitic !! Do not eat alot at one time.

More substantial than the processed version.
The Apple Cinnamon tastes nice. More substantial than a processed Newton. A bit ...grainier, maybe. Not a brick of bran or cardboard but you can't mindlessly pop a bunch in your mouth. I didn't like the "Fig" flavored bars. Note that they are 100 calories for each piece, not each packet. I have eaten one piece in the car and left the other in the car for a couple of days and it still tasted good. I find them to be handy like that for when I need a nibble before I can get to real food. I don't really like protein bars that much. I buy these by the box. I tried a couple of different flavors before I bought an entire box. I recommend you do the same.

Very Tasty
They come two to a pack, Iโm inclined to eat just one at a time. The taste is very good and one with a cup of tea last thing in the evening is just right. Iโm a big fan of fig bars and these are nice without being loaded down with lots of sugar etc.
