ONLYCARE Migraine Relief Cap, Headache Relief Cold Cap with Odorless Gel

My daughter suffers with almost constant migraines due to EDS. She is able to keep them low level enough to work, but often by the end of the day she needs relief. And then there are those days when she's so sick from them. My son found her an "ice hat" a few years ago for her birthday and she loved it because it really helped. The problem was that sometimes she needed it again before it could refreeze, or she would go to bed with it but need it again come morning. I got her this and she raved about it. They fit her perfectly with just the amount of pressure she finds helpful and stay cold long enough to bring relief. Now she always has at least one ready to use even on those days when she can barely think or move. Definitely a 5star gift win for from mom.

love this, it is very soft and cold even when it isn't in the freezer, which is a plus for those long migraine attacks. It appears to be constructed well and the material is soft and stretchy. it really helps calm my very painful migraines. would absolutely suggest to anyone suffering with migraines or painful headaches.

This migraine relief cap has been very effective for migraines and an achy neck. I don’t actually freeze it; instead, I store it in the middle compartment of my LG refrigerator, which is slightly cooler than the main compartment. Although the cooling sensation only lasts for a few minutes, it provides noticeable relief and makes me feel much better afterward. I also appreciate the plastic sleeve that protects the cap when it’s not in use. It’s convenient, easy to use, and has become a product I’ll definitely keep using!

I suffer from headaches almost daily, I keep this in my fridge and when the time comes I throw it on and lay down. The nice cool feeling on your head is amazing and it last quite a while. I always feel a lot better after about 15-20 with this on. Highly recommend and it has a great price point. Will definitely continue to use this brand and recommend to others.

UPDATE: I've had these for about 3 months now, they've slowly started smelling so bad. I'm not sure what the best way to clean them is, but my boyfriend says they smell like cigarettes. :( UPDATE 2: I set them out to completely thaw out and then wiped them down w/ damp paper towels and alcohol wipes and the smell seems to have faded Okay. So I suffer from chronic migraines & heat intolerance, so i bought these in hopes they’d help, and I want to make a detailed enough review for anyone who looks for the same things I do lol TLDR: it’s like 2 gel mattress toppers sewn together. almost too cold for 5 minutes, then perfect for about 15-30. Then not cold enough. No bad smell, no uncomfortable seams. Blocks 90% of light. -They are decent, they’re not a liquid-type of gel, like most ice packs, it’s more so like a gel bed topper? It’s two sheets of gel padding sewn together. -The first 5 or so minutes of taking them out of the freezer they’re almost too cold to comfortably put all the way on, and then they only stay cold enough (for my preference) for about 15-30 minutes. They’ll still be on the cooler side, but I wish they’d stay coldcold for hours like my other ice packs do. -They’re comfortable and soft, a bit weighted which I really enjoy. -The black one blocks out almost all light, and the pink one blocks enough. -They don’t have any weird smell or texture, they are kind of silky smooth so just be aware if you don’t like that. No uncomfortable seams or spots, but they’re sewn together by the ears/along the side of the head, so unless it’s on crooked your ears won’t get covered by the ice very well. -They can get a little damp/sweaty feeling the first few minutes of taking them out of the freezer, but it goes away pretty fast. -They stay on, but if you move/roll over it can slide up a little bit.

I am happy to have finally purchase one of these. I was worried about the size of it, but the stretch will fit more than I expected. It offers a cooling effect without needing to be placed in the freezer, if you want a mild cooling feeling. The cooling effect paired with the compression helps to calm and alleviate some head pain quickly.

I love these. This is my second purchase of this migraine helmet’. It helps a lot with the pain of the headache and is soothing. However, I put mine in the refrigerator rather than the freezer: using it from the freezer is too cold for me. The fit is nice and snug and I normally wear it to bed to sleep. It’s super easy to use, just keep it in the bag and into the refrigerator.
