Great product for temporary relief during gout flare ups. Lasts about 30 min to an hour before it loses it's cooling effect. I am happy with the purchase overall and it felt good to have it on.

These ice pack wraps are amazing! Instant relief! I just had my 2nd gout flare since my 1st one in 2017 and the pain is just excruciating. I bought another wrap the other day and it was hard and hurtful to the skin and joint. Ordered these yesterday and they came today. These wraps come in a set of 2 so I can swap one out for the other once it warms up on my foot and they are so soft and comfortable. They refreeze incredibly fast. Others complain it doesn’t stay cold long enough, but to me the relief and comfort far outweighs how long it stays cold. If you’re thinking about purchasing these, do it, you won’t be sorry at all. Very good quality and the fit is soft so no chafing. It stays put! It did the job to ease my bunion pain and after a few uses, no more pain or strain. Highly recommend!

This is perfect and very effective for where my feet hurt (across the top) and it's hard to find something like this. Very easy to use, just slides on and stays in place. Velcro is quality, and it's nice you don't need to readjust it anyway once it's right. My one complaint - while it's not too cold, it also doesn't stay cold for long. After a good freeze it'll last 5-10 min. During which time it feels great, but then have to re-freeze already.

This toe wrap saved my life. A little dramatic but this wrap help to stop and soot the throbbing pain of my broken toes. It stays col for about 5-10 min. But the way it surrounds your toes it’s worth buying 2 sets to get the 15 min. Aloted ice time the doctor recommends. It’s playable and just feels good. Not clunky to elevate foot on pillows and doesn’t leak water. Highly recommend this product!

Amazing foot ice packs!! I had a sore arch in my right foot. This pack calmed my swelling in the foot and I could walk on it again!! Love these and will recommend highly to anyone with foot injuries!! Thanks so much!!

Fantastic! My husband uses these ice packs every night while watching tv. His job has him on his feet and the top of his feet have been swollen and sore (I say circulation issue/he says boots) ha ha. Best ice pack out there for the size, purpose and price range. (We've tried a ton!) Easily fits over his foot and Velcro underneath. Gives him hours of pain-free time. The gel in these ice packs stay cold for a long time! Recommend putting a towel between your foot and the ice pack as they are SUPER COLD when they come out of the freezer!

They are amazing. It really helps isolate relief in the ball of my foot. It cold stay colder longer but that's the only negative thing I could say about this product.

Not very useful because it doesn't icey for long and it is not easy to walk a few steps around the house with it. I would pass on it and find a better product in my case
