Works well! I bought this for my bed-ridden brother to use at the nursing facility and he loves it. He struggles with tremors so the ease of use was paramount and this is working well for him! Great value and good quality. He uses head phones with it so I’m not sure about sound quality.

other than not coming with a remote control the player works good. my wife is in her 80's and has no problem getting the player to work. it displays a good picture and good contrast plus she can set the close captioning features. the other 2 brands we tried she couldn't get them to work no matter what she did. player is worth the cost.

It has a large screen and great picture and it also plays audio CDs so it's really convenient for travel. It has both RCA and HTML outs so it connects to old and new TVs for when you want an even larger picture. Moreover, I contacted the seller after losing my remote control and they replaced it for free!

This product arrived well packaged and really easy to set up. The instructions are more confusing than the actual product. The Blu ray player works just as expected and the brightness is just right in my opinion but it is adjustable in the settings. The sound quality is decent nothing mind blowing. The picture quality is fine and enjoyable. The over all build quality feels very cheap and flimsy but works great. I do believe that the price is a little too much for the build quality but over all it works just as expected.

Pretty descent picture quality, food amount of ports, and came with a pretty good amount of accessories. But the IR on the remote sucks you have to be aiming right at it, would not work for me when I had screen flipped around. And the speakers are pretty weak, only good if it is on your lap right in front of you, even then they sound pretty cheap. Not the worst I have ever heard from similar devices that size, but FAR from the best. If you hook them up to headphones or an external wired/Bluetooth speaker, and don't expect amazing video quality this is a pretty good media device. Nice sized screen and being able to watch 1080p media on the go. Edit: their customer service is great, they reached out to me and apologized for the issues I had and made things right. 5star customer service.

Bought this to play Blu-Ray. It does not play Blu-Ray. The material quality on the shell is not very durable, the screen was not fully set into the panel and needed to be manually set. Quite disappointing for a 300USD "BLU-RAY" player. Ridiculous.

Works good so far, the picture quality it’s good as well big screen love that and it seems durable too and the playback is good easy to use the noise level is loud

To be able to use this in the UK you require a travel adapter as comes with two pin plug. This is not mentioned in the details and does not come with an adapter! Not good when bought for a present.

The disc reader part is very quiet and the sound system is excellent.
