I'm amazed! Got this after a friend told me what a grounding mat was. It arrived right before I had to leave for work so I took it with me. I'm a night shift nurse in the ER and I'm on my feet a ton, pt care, sitting to chart, hustling to critical pts ect ect. I really wanted to try it do I decided to just put it on my chair. I forgot about it really and generally around 11p/midnight my lower back achiness gets more noticeable again and I pop some Tylenol or ibuprofen or both and keep going. I realized later it was almost 2am and I didn't have any back pain! First time in years! I've had 2 back surgeries and a hip replacement, my lower back is almost always a little achy. I've had this msg for just 4 nights and I haven't had any back pain at all! I even worked the past 3 nights! The 2nd night ( or really, the morning when I got home to sleep ) I put the mat vertical on my bed and laid completely on it. I immediately noticed my whole body tingle for a few seconds. I read later some experience this so I was wow'd again! Then I slept SO well! I generally wake at least 3x a night and that's with taking a prescription sleeping aid. I woke up feeling rested and super relaxed and my mood lasted through my whole shift 🙂 Night 3 I didn't sleep well at all but I think I had too much caffeine at work. Still feeling mellow though. This is now night 4, I'm off work, and look forward to sleeping and seeing how I do. I still haven't had any back pain! I'm so happy I got this mat! I'm buying another one to take with me everywhere! 😆

This absolutely works for me! I have dealt with chronic insomnia for decades. I am six nights in with this mat and have had good sleep and good energy since. I am sold thoroughly enough that I bought one of these for adult my son, who shares my sleep affliction.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMThis product is a complete scam. It's basically a rubber mat with no conductivity or no conductive material whatsoever. Any of you that understand how to use a Multimeter know that there is conductivity between a wire we call it an ohm reading. From the ground to the connection there is no conductivity and then the mat itself has no signs of anything other than rubber and nylon weaving this is the biggest scam run away run away run away this is a junk product.

I haven't had enough time to share about the overall sleep experience. But, for anyone who needs to know...It is easy to install, and it is active. But I only know this because I later purchased the grounding product tester with the outlet tester. So, initially, I had the mat UNDER the fitted sheet. Testing it there showed it was NOT working. I will upgrade to 5 stars when I have had it for a bit longer. BUT, when I tested the mat itself, it lit up like a Xmas tree! Please get the TESTING KIT ($8) to make sure it's working properly for you. So, I will leave mine ON TOP of the fitted sheet and see how it works.

I have been using this mat at least a month. If u understand grounding, im not saying it replaces the barefoot on the earth, but this has changed the game. I sleep better, less joint pain and no bad energy dreams. Its awsome!

I just had the best sleep I have experienced in a long time. And the inflammation in my lower back seems to have gone along with the daily pain it caused me! I get to sleep faster and sleep deeper and longer than previously. This is money well spent.

I’ve been reading about these grounding mats for a few years now and decided to give it a try. I have scoliosis in my back which causes extreme right hip pain, daily. I can honestly say that after the very first night I used this I slept without pain when rolling over and woke up pain FREE. First time in over 2 years. The hip pain did start to return early evening after working a full day. That Mat helped eliminate all of my right hip pain once again. I’ve been using it for several weeks now and I will ALWAYS have one of these on my Bed. I’m shocked and impressed at how well THIS Product worked for me. I should have bought one a few years ago. This is a game changer! Fantastic product.

I don't understand the science, but I have bone on bone osteoarthritis in both knees and hips. For whatever reason, I'm able to walk with minimal pain and able to move my body as if there was nothing wrong. I don't get it, AI (Gemini and ChatGPT) have explained the science behind it. Highly recommend. One thing weird though, is my knees have a burning sensation, even though the sheets are cool to the touch. My grounding mat is between me and the top sheet on my bed. Apparently, it's science at work 'releasing the toxins in my body'. Waiting for all of them to leave.

The matt fits on my queen size bed very well, stays in place. I have noticed an increase in my sleep quality. Definitely eliminated all static electricity in my bed. When I approached the bed and touch the grounding mat, through the sheet, I can feel the static electricity leaving my body. I do have it covered with a thin cotton sheet to keep it clean, As per the instructions. That does slow the progress down a bit, so I would expect improvements to be over a longer period.

When I order this mat, I was expecting a full queen size matt like the picture above. I just started using it so I can't comment of any changes of of yet. I sure hope it helps with my body pain and sleep.

I've been using this grounding mat with full body contact for about 11 weeks. I've felt no difference in the quality of my sleep and my sleep tracker has shown no changes to my REM or deep sleep.
