I haven’t had it a year and the socket seem to have burnt out and now it doesn’t turn on. I tried to file a warranty claim but was told I was outside the warranty when normal purchases have at least a manufacturing one year warranty. I thought I purchased an additional warranty but come to find out it never came with one . Over 2k down the drain . Never again

Did not hold the heat outside like expected! I even built an insulation box around it. When you use the jets you can't use the heat. And you lose it fast! Maybe good on cool fall nights. But definitely not in the winter! I was bummed.

I've had this set-up for about a month now and wanted to provide my honest feedback. Overall, we love this hot tub so far! Here's my list of pro's and con's of the MSpa Osla.. PROS: - Excellent value for the money compared to a traditional hot tub that is easily twice as expensive - Super easy to put together (assembles in around 1-2 hours) - Looks just like traditional high-end hot tub and not some cheap inflatable - Easy to drain and move should you ever need to (portability is a huge plus for us!). - Includes everything you need (cover, pump/heater, built-in LED lights, filters, chlorine dispenser, etc) - Super roomy and comfortable (I'd say 4 adults fit comfortably... 6 would be tight!) - Jets are powerful and adds a nice white noise ambience - Energy efficient + plugs into standard 110/120v grounded home outlet. Highly recommend the thermal cover for it! - The free MSpa Link app to control the hot tub is really intuitive and nice to have! CONS: - Some may dislike the seating position since there are no upright seats built into it. My wife and I actually prefer the stretched out position of this hot tub compared to a traditional one, however. The padding in the base and at the headrest is comfortable. - The bubble feature is fairly loud. We never use it as a result. - The inflatable bladder inside the included cover is flimsy. I'd prefer just a hard cover, and we may eventually buy one that has a lifter. - The heater is slow to heat (about 2 degress F per hour) during the cold months to factor this in when you're setting it up. - I wish the app had a feature that would auto calculate the time it takes to heat the hot tub based on when you want to use it. Instead, you have to do this math yourself to ensure the hot tub turns on and is heated by the time you want to get in.
