Fell and tore my meniscus and this was fabulous! It flattens out and is moldable when frozen so I can also use it for my lumbar or any area. Effective, perfect size, soft and comfortable, stays cold for a long time.

This is a great product. I had knee surgery and this fits perfectly. Easy to put on and adjustable for comfort. The compression is adjustable with how tight you wrap it around the knee

This works fairly well for icing an injured knee and I like being able to secure it with the velcro straps so I can lie down or stand and my hands are free. It covers a generous area above and below the knee and the top is labeled. The Con is the fabric/felt side is on the outside and since it has thick seams that side can’t be used against your skin. The other side is slick and super cold when you take it out of your freezer and I have to use a thin bar towel underneath so the coldness isn’t so shocking but often a regular hand or kitchen towel is too thick to feel enough coolness on the injury. I wish they would’ve sewn it the opposite way or made it reversible. I didn’t time it but it stays cold for the recommended 20 minutes at least then you can pop it back in your freezer for the next round.

Exactly what was needed. Freezes timely and stays frozen, not too heavy and simple to use.

These are fantastic! I'm a big girl, these fit around my knees perfectly and the straps are plenty long. They'll stay on while I go on small walks like from room ro room, but probably not a walk around town just cuz of my leg shape. They keep the cold beautifully. The outside isn't cold, my dogs sit on me and don't hardly notice it, but the part against my knees retains the cold...feels amazing. Great value for the $

Fit is very good, but doesn't stay cold for very long. Maybe get 15 minutes of cold, then loses it's effectiveness soon after that
