It tested within tolerance. If that means it will last for years and years to come, I cant tell you as I do not see into the future, but if packard lives up to its reputation I'm sure it will be fine.

Bleed resistor was not included in first order nor the replacement order.
I chose this item because it listed the inclusion of a bleed resistor. 1st order did not have it so I returned and got a replacement. 2nd order did not include it either. Kept because I needed to replace existing capacitor.

Failed after less than 3 months
Failed after less than 3 months. Amazon points you to the manufacturers website for warranty and their website states: "**For products not purchased directly from Packard, the warranty will need to be processed through the distributor who sold the product." So how exactly are you supposed to get the 1 year warranty honored when purchased through Amazon?
