works perfect and easy installation. no error, no failure. just great.

Unfortunately, these cartridges have given me nothing but trouble. My HP printer doesn’t seem to recognize them properly — I constantly have to remove and reinstall them just to get anything to print. So far, they’ve only worked once. I was really hoping they’d be a good alternative to the expensive HP brand ($120!), but they’ve been more frustrating than helpful. I would not recommend this combo pack.

Will not work with HP7720 printer. Printer gives error not compatible ink. Would return but out of 30 day return window. Do not buy. UPDATE: Vendor reached out and completed a refund for the item even though return window had closed. Good customer service and thank you for standing behind your product.

printer tried to deny it was in but eventually took the cartridge don't give up maybe install and and restart printer it worked for me

The black worked for a couple of days but then showed error messages that the cartridge was empty. The color cartridges were getting error messages from the start. Must have a bad chip.

These replacement ink cartridges work great and are a good price, compared to name brand cartridges. I have only changed the cyan one since my other cartridges are still good. It was easy to install, there was no leaking, and printing has resumed per usual. Overall, save your money and buy these replacements instead of name brand.

Printer did not read cartridges.
