Best decision I’ve made so far.except for the decarb selection hasn’t quite figured it out

Have made butter twice now to verify my findings and my takeaways are:1. the temperature fluctuates like crazy in decarb & butter modes. Does not maintain the160 F temp as described. sure you can custom the temp & time, but temp still fluctuates too much for my preference.2. in butter mode, the mixing blade only mixes for 6 seconds every minute, NOT the 20 seconds as the manual states.3. is still offered for a lower price at home depot & even on the makers site.4. if the lid is removed everything resets , you cannot pause/resume a thing5. thinking I may have gotten a defective or a "second" unit returned item so I plan on returning tooOverall am not satisfied with this purchase and only gave one star because I had to

this item does everything it states. I also have a vevor water distiller and so far I like both machines. well worth the price self cleaning and perfect size for small batch setup. It was plug and play easy and everything made tasted good for baking

Stopped working after 3 months of very light use. Only used to infuse oil several times...It seems to have a shortage.

My machine top exploded and started over boiling, after months of using it with no problems.
