Great computer
Very fast computer; since I am older and not as computer literate as younger people, there is a longer learning curve. My printer does not operate as fast from this computer, so I have to figure it out! I do like the speed of this computer and will probably like it more as I become more knowledgeable.

Bluetooth ISSUES
Bluetooth receiver doesn't function well, at all. I don't know if it's a Windows 11 thing or not, but when I get devices to connect (which is sometimes difficult finding them while said devices are discoverable) audio keeps skipping, like a CD with a scratch would skip. Constantly. Unrelenting. I had to buy a separate USB bluetooth dongle as a result. This is the second PC that I recently bought that has had this problem. Keep in mind, I have a Samsung smart TV, Android phone, Amazon Tablet, none of which this has been a problem. Ever. The only common denominator is Windows 11.I even had multiple people (HP, private tech people) remotely access this PC to see what was going on, and everyone is scratching their heads. I bought the bluetooth usb dongle. If that doesn't work I'm going to return this PC (like the GEEKOM mini-PC that I just returned) and get an Apple product. I don't like Apple... but they just work. Too much of a headache considering I've dropped almost $2500 on 2 PC's that a basic function like bluetooth doesn't work. NOT WORTH IT.

Shipped fast, works fast. It would have been nice if MS Office was included as an option. I was also expecting screw on terminals for wifi external antenna.

Mediocre and unstable
I'm just now setting it up, so I may revise this review. My first impression is that it runs very hot--almost painful to touch. Have other customers had this experience?It's advertised as having a 4TB SSD. According to Windows Performance Monitor it's 3.6TB. This feels to me like false advertising.FOLLOW-UPHaving exercised it for a while I feel it's not all that powerful.Wifi keeps failing. I have another Windows 11 PC on my desk where the Wifi is stable, so it's not my Wifi, it's definitely the HP computer.Overall impression: Under-powered, runs hot, unstable Wifi.
