Nuts are very good for you!!! A doctor told me that if you ate a handful of nuts every day you could possibly increase your life span. For breakfast I eat nuts with Greek Yoghurt, Pears and honey plus whatever fruit is seasonal, natural and delicious food that is good for you. Excellent nut variety, fresh and good size for the price!

I find the nuts are not fresh I’m a bit disappointed as it was full price I paid it not even on Black Friday deal. It taste not crunchy.
