Soft With a Great Fit
So glad I found this pillow case. Itโs very soft, however after 3 washes the fabric started to pill. Still a great buy if you sleep on an ergonomic pillow but desire to sleep on a satin pillow case as well.

Works for Me
I have moderately severe stenosis in my C-3 & C-4 vertebrae. This is the first pillow I tried that keeps my head in just the right position - for me - and gets me through the night without "neck-position" pain or stiffness. I sleep on both sides and sometimes on my back during each night. It handles my multi-position sleep habits quite well. Hint: buy a silk pillowcase for ease of head movement across the surface.
