Really happy with this Le Marinier Celtic grey salt. The crystals are coarse, slightly damp, and have that beautiful natural grey color you want from real French sea salt - clearly unrefined and mineral rich. The flavor is clean, briny, and complex, not harsh or one-note like table salt. I use it in a grinder for finishing, in pasta water, on roasted veggies, and on meats - it elevates everything. The 2-pack of 1.1 lb bags is a great value compared to fancy specialty store prices. Sealed well and arrived fresh. Will definitely reorder!

Good grain size and superb flavor, due to its high moisture content, using an electrical grinder, it is not easy flowing. You can feel the low sodium content and tasteful flavor.

This is my go to gray Celtic Sea Salt i use it in all my cooking and I mix a pinch in my water bottle for the health benefits it has a great mild flavor.

The salt is moist. I put a pinch in my coffee prior to brewing and it smooths out the flavor.

This salt isore moist than other brand I purchased, seems to be very fresh and great taste

Love this stuff. I dry it in my oven at 135°f for about an hour, sometimes 2. Takes a bit of getting used to whole Salt but once you do you don't like regular table Salt anymore. Price is great, taste is great, grinds well when it is dry which also makes it easier to use in recipes. I give this as a gift sometimes too.
