I enjoy the Celtic Salt because of the fact it’s coarse and has many minerals which are good for cooking and i also use when i feel dehydrated. I believe it’s worth the price.

This is excellent quality sea salt. The coarse texture and mineral-rich taste really stand out, especially when used for cooking or finishing dishes. It’s clearly well harvested and very clean. A little goes a long way, and the flavor is noticeably better than regular table salt.

It’s salt and it taste like salt lol . I drink it in the morning and use it on my food . Like the size of the grain . Doesn’t dissolve very easy in cold water but does it really matter if you’re just pounding the cup anyway . Just getting my electrolytes in .
