Awesome Chair Comparable to Those Higher Priced Brands
I have significant neck and lower back issues related to degenerating discs. I recently took a new job which landed me back in an office away from my expensive, high-end office chair at home. When my new company offered to purchase a more ergonomic and comfortable chair for my office, my budget was not expansive enough for the name brand I have at home. My search landed on this Gabrylly economic office chair as a fair compromise. It turns out this chair has been FAR more than a compromise. My Gabrylly chair is not missing any of the comfort and back support I have in my chair at home. While there are fewer adjustment options on the Gabrylly, it has what I consider to be a core set of adjustment options: height, recline tension, recline lock, arm rest height, arm rest extension, and arm rest angle. The head rest is also adjustable in height and angle. The foot rest is a nice added feature. Initially, I didn't think I'd need it, but it actually is saving my under-desk garbage can from being deformed and my Ethernet connection from getting knocked out whenever I want to stretch my legs during a marathon Zoom or Teams call. It assembled fairly easily - they even tell you how to use the shipping box to help during assembly. I was able to do it in my office with the included t-handle hex tool. I did run into a slight issue with the gas rod. I reached out to Gabrylly support by email and received a quick and courteous response from Cayla. A new part was shipped immediately and arrived in two business days. I was incredibly impressed with Cayla's friendly response and follow-up throughout the process. It's good to know that, while I hope to never need support again, I'll be able to count on them if I do. I'm pretty happy with the build quality. It's too soon to comment on longevity, but I feel confident this chair will last. It's comparable to my chair at home, and at >$500 less expensive, I'm extremely impressed with the comfort and quality. I did purchase an aftermarket set of rubber rollerblade style chair casters, but I have those on my chair at home as well. (I've yet to find a set of stock casters that compare.) That being said, the chair is comparable to the higher end office chairs out there. In conclusion, I highly recommend this chair. It looks sharp, goes together easily, has great build quality, and most importantly, has the functions I need to help with my lower back and neck pain. Thank you, Gabrylly for an affordable, awesome chair!

Great Chair and a Very Reasonable Price!!
This chair is fantastic, especially for the price I paid. I started working from home about seven months ago and quickly realized how uncomfortable my home office chair was, but I kept using it because I didn't want to spend money to replace something that worked. Over time I realized how poor my posture was becoming and how much my back hurt at the end of the day. So, my quest began to find a reasonably priced ergonomic office chair. It didn't take long to find exactly what I was looking for on Amazon. I read the reviews for several different chairs and decided on this one. Shipping was quick and assembly time was right around 40 minutes. While it wasn't difficult, I like to make sure I follow the instructions carefully and take my time. The instructions were in English and were very straight forward, so I had zero issues putting it together. I have been using the chair now a couple of days and couldn't be happier. It is extremely comfortable and there are many adjustment options to tweak it to find that perfect setting. The leg rest is okay but I can't see myself using it if I am being quite honest. One nice thing about the leg rest is that you can fold it under the chair and out of the way, like it isn't even there. The chair looks great and the size is perfect for me. I am 5'11" and weigh 175lbs. Everything about it is great quality and has been engineered very well. Even the packaging is top notch. If you are looking for a comfy office chair then you should really give this model a shot.

Pretty Good Chair, not the best Footrest
I love this chair, and overall it has been perfect for a midrange chair option. It is comfortable, has adjustable lumbar support, and has a really wide and comfortable seat (I ordered the mesh seat version). The backrest and reclining positions are very comfortable, and I unexpectedly love where the headrest sits. The adjustable arms are great! I only wish they could swivel/slide inwards as well. The assembly instructions were pretty easy to follow and it didn’t take me very long at all to put together. My only real complaint is that the thing I thought I would love the most, the footrest, is not comfortable at all. It sits slightly too low to feel comfortable, and you can’t put much weight on it without it falling. By this, I mean you can very lightly rest your legs against it, but if you pull your legs inwards to adjust your sitting position, you’ll probably knock it down. The mechanics of pulling the footrest out and locking it in the upright position do not feel secure, and most of the footrest assembly itself appears to be plastic. If it were not for the footrest, I would leave a five star review.

Dedicated to quality, inside and out.
Never have I encountered a company with such quick and dedicated support. I've had a few different chairs from them now, but this one sparked my curiosity with the leg rest. It put in some good time, but I just recently had the base snap quite badly. I contacted support who upon sending in a few images and the batch number not only approved a replacement within hours, but also informed me they had already corrected the flaw in the design with new production runs and was essentially giving me a free upgrade. As far as the chair itself goes... I am a programmer and student, so I spend most of my day in this chair. It's comfortable enough to sleep in. I've never ended up with back or seat pain and the mesh material and its securing got redesigned since the last chair I owned, meaning that even with all the abuse it takes, the mesh has never pulled or slacked out of the frame. Between the commitment to quality, the rapid redesign of parts to maintain the best quality, and the customer service, they have a customer for life out of me.

Comfortable, easy to adjust, supportive for long hours
This is a great chair and meets or exceeds expectations. It’s easy to assemble and sturdier than others. The headrest is difficult to adjust and falls off easily, but it really isn’t necessary (I was sure it was). I like the recline back and footrest but rarely use. I’m 5’4” with a short torso and t-Rex arms. The arm rests even at their lowest are still too high and cause my shoulders to push up. That’s not a complaint just PSA for other T-Rexers who WFH.

Excellent support and very comfortable
Purchased this chair hoping to find something with real neck and lumbar support. This chair did not disappoint! It is adjustable in all the right places. Very comfortable sitting up for work as well as reclining for relaxation. I was hesitant to try a mesh chair, but it is well worth it. No longer sweaty during gaming sessions. The model I chose also has a footrest. I also chose this one because the footrest is also mesh while most others are plastic. Again, worth it! Just in case the built in lumbar support is not enough (and for me sometimes it isn't) you can request a lumbar pillow be sent to you which is supposed to give a lot more support. They will send it to you for free no questions asked. I just received the pillow and this is a good quality, good sized pillow that actually does provide support. It was easy to assemble with very clear instructions. Also came with the one tool needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair!

Flawed mesh attachment but otherwise a very comfortable chair offering great value for money
Update 2: adjusting my review back to 5-stars I can report that I contacted the seller's support via Amazon and next day got a response from them with a phone number to call about the issue. I confirmed the problem, chair batch number (on the bottom), and sent another photo of the issue. The same day they sent me a replacement back plus a free lumbar support pillow. I couldn't say for sure if the replacement back is basically the same as the failed one, or is manufactured differently but either way they have extended a 3-year warranty on it. Probably with the lumbar support pillow in place - which is really nice by the way - there will be less wear and tear on the back anyway. If it lasts another 3 years with the original year I'll be more than happy with this purchase. BTW I'm not a plus sized guy who put a lot of wear and tear on the chair back but if it did fail after 3 years it is really easy to see how to repair the mesh attachment which is what I was going to do anyway before their support folk stepped in. Anyway I get it, sometimes product designs aren't perfect, or manufacturing isn't perfect but I stand by this chair being a nice design, comfortable, with a lot of features for the price, and as I've found 5-star support. Update: adjusting my review due to a recent flaw that was revealed. Last month I saw sitting in the chair and noticed that the back seemed really soft. On closer inspection I discovered the mesh had separated from the chair frame on one side. With a lot of effort I was able to jam it back into the slot that secures it although I wasn't convinced that was a good fix. Just now the same thing happened and I went to post a photo and saw that there's actually some dabs of glue here and there that have failed so clearly this is a flaw. I'm seeing from another person's photos they had the same experience and got a replacement back with an improved design. I'll see what happens. In all other regards I'm still very happy with the chair, it's not perfect but for the price I find it great value and very versatile. --- Original review For the price I'm really happy with this chair, I think it is a good compromise of price, comfort, features, and adjustability. The assembly too and extra pair of hands at one point but probably could have been done single handed, it was just a bit awkward. I'm pretty sure if you did it all the time you could throw them together in a half hour but it took me an hour. I had a small problem connecting one of the legs to the base "star" as the hole was just a little out of alignment. With some manual twisting as I inserted the bolt everything was good. It took me a little while to figure out all the ways to adjust it and get comfy in a work position, and a more relaxed sitting back watching a YouTube kind of position. Pros: 1. I like the mesh seat - I have hip pain on one side and a pretty bony behind and it is comfortable for long periods 2. The lumbar support feels good and adjustable enough for me 3. I'm not really using the head rest when I'm working but if I lay back and take a nap it's there for me 4. I dig the foot rest which is really a calf rest, it can really help take some pressure off your legs as an alternative to sitting with your feet on the ground 5. Reclining with my feet right out on the rest is very nice and fully back using the head rest I could definitely take a nap or even back sleep for an extended period. 6. It rolls well, doesn't squeak or creak, and generally feels and looks robust. Cons: 1. I wish the foot rest extension could be locked - it can sometimes end up retracting slowly with leg pressure, especially in the lower position 2. I wish the arm rests would lower another inch so I can get them under my desk so I can sit really close although this very much depends on your desk and your height. To be honest I don't really need to do that often. However the forward/back, and in/out (via swivel) works well for me and the tops are lightly padded which is enough for me. 3. It would be awesome if the seat pitch was adjustable but that's an advanced feature I think you mostly find on $500 chairs 4. Adjusting the back recline is a bit tricky - you will need to use the knob underneath to decrease the effort to do that. 5. There are only two recline lock positions (other than upright) - it would be nice if it could be locked in any angle And that's about it. After a week of use I feel it has been a great improvement after 3 weeks of sitting on a piano bench, and then another month of sitting on an exercise ball. I will update this review if I have any further findings.

It’s really a 4.5 star however ..
Great chair and easy to assemble with clear instructions. I haven’t sat on it for hours on end but based on other reviews it shouldn’t hurt to sit for long periods of time. The lumbar support, head rest, and footrest is what I mainly bought this for along with mesh seating. The lumbar support only extends forward and backward to a certain point and it’s great but for some people, additional support would be needed like myself so I asked for the lumbar pillow additional support and they are sending it for free of charge. The head rest is amazing and you can adjust it to however you please. The foot rest could be better in my opinion. It should have an additional bar in the center under the mesh so that it could feel more secure but other than that it’s great. I could lean the chair back and lock it in place if I want to and though it might feel stuck when I try to get it back up right I just need to put some pressure as if I’m still trying to lean back and then it’ll get back into position. I just don’t like that I can’t lean while leaving my feet on the footrest as I can do it with a very similar chair that my sister has and that’s why the process is a little tedious if I want to lean and rest my legs - I first need to lean back and lock the chair in that position then go and open out the footrest. It’s just tedious and tedious to ask for extra lumbar support. Customer service was great and representatives were very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. Overall a great chair.
