great generator... i just underestimated how much power I needed to supply to important devices and appliances. but solar panels kept generator going for much longer than I subsequently calculated. but I'm definitely happy with the product. just don't have the money to upgrade currently. :)

This is well worth the money. We have lost power 3 times since I purchased this unit and it has worked like a champ each time. Charges fast and runs for a long time. Highly recommended.

JACKERY was very quick to address the issue and get replacement panels sent out. I was very impressed with the customer service i recieved The power station arrived as expected, and seems to be as advertised. My issues is i have not received the solar panels that were part of the purchase. Id did say that they would be shipped separately. But I can find no information on when they will be arriving. This makes me not only upset but hesitant to purchase again.

I’ve had a bit of a love-hate relationship with my Jackery Solar Generator 1000 v2, but the more I’ve used it, the more I’ve come to appreciate it. At first, I was frustrated — the charging times and power limits took some getting used to. But once I learned how to pair it properly with the 2x100W solar panels and manage my power use, it’s been a real game-changer for off-grid living. It runs my essentials reliably and charges faster than I expected once conditions are right. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s dependable and has definitely earned its place in my setup.

I ordered the: Jackery Solar Generator 1000 v2 with 2x100W Solar Panel,1070Wh Portable Power Station LiFePO4 Battery,1500W AC/100W USB-C Output,1Hr Fast Charge on July 10, 2025. The generator arrived in good time. The two solar panels, ordered as a package with the Generator did not arrive until today, July 27th. Not really a big deal. But, there is a required Solar Panel Connector that is used to connect the 2 panels, just ordered, so that both Solar Panels can be connected to the generator and reduce the charging time. You would think that the manufacturer, selling this combo package, would include the Connector, after all, without it, you can only connect one panel. But "No", they don't include the Connector and they don't indicate that it is a separate $69 item I now have to purchase on their website. Not very happy with this as it simply prolongs the time before I can test these products. It is like selling a toaster but not including the cord to plug it into the wall. On a side note, though not used yet, the quality seems to be excellent.

It's a Jackery. Works as it should charges fast. I have not been able to connect it to Wi-Fi yet but the Bluetooth works nice but you need to have the power on to be able to use it.

My brother and I both bought these a couple of weeks ago, thinking we should protect ourselves from the Big One that we were told would come within 30 years more than 50 years ago when we moved to L.A. A week later my brother had a very local 12 hour power loss caused by a truck hitting a power pole. Between his two Jackery solar generators and my two, he was able to keep his refrigerators going. No one expected they'd actually prove useful so quickly, but they were.

But I didn't! So far this thing has blown me away on its initial outing. I have never used something like this before. I got this instead of a small gas jenny. It filled 3 queen size air mattresses, 4 Single Tubes (nice ones) a 4 person party island. Charged every electronic device shoved at it, 6 cell phones, a few battery packs, a few (honestly unknown) flashlights, a bunch of kids radios a few times, a mosquitoes coil thing a couple times and we used it to power a USB light off and on for realistically not that long. It only took it down to 71%, so I got home, and plugged in a big box fan and ran it for three hours. It took it down to 60% I am blown away by this. It shows right on the display the power you are pulling and how long it will last at that level. You can turn the outlets on or off at the AC side or the USB outlets. With it plugged in and charging it tells you how long it will take. The solar panels have a charging cable that has a USB port right in it, I never it though. I reckon if I kept the solar panels adjusted pretty regularly it would take the time quoted to get them charged. That hasn't been what I have done, but they seem to be doing the job. Not only would I buy this again. I started show boating it to my friends. I think this little thing isn't just functional, it's awesome. I might be older then I thought...

El generado y paneles llegaron en tiempo perfectamente empacados. La primera carga la hice directo a la corriente de la casa y le tomó 1:30 hrs estando al 30 %, al hacerlo con los paneles solares en un día soleado fue de 8 hrs al 99% empezando en 25%. Aunque no lo he usado hice una prueba con una tv de 32 pulgadas durante 4 hrs. Gasto solamente el 10% lo cual me asegura será de gran ayuda para poder ver tv y usar algunos aparatos eléctricos en una cabaña en el campo que no cuenta con servicio de electricidad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente ✔️

This worked great with our set up! We had a fridge/freezer combo and it worked well with this combo

Works great for Cpap machines while dry camping. Lasts two nights without having to change your home settings. Charges easily with car adapter or shore power.
