NedFoss Smilodon Damascus Pocket Knife, Unique Engraved Cool Knife for Gift

This knife won’t be for everyone, but I absolutely love it. It’s heavy, thick, and feels like excellent quality the moment you pick it up. Everything is solid and firm with no wiggle at all, which I really appreciate. It does require two hands to open and close, but that’s a tradeoff I’m happy with. The knife looks beautiful, holds a very sharp edge, and overall I couldn’t be more thrilled with it.

Purchased this knife on a whim as I liked the general appearance. I’m very pleasantly surprised at the fit and finish and overall build quality of this knife. It is at the upper limit of what I’d consider a pocket knife but it is smooth and surprisingly unnoticeable in a hip pocket. I did remove the belt clip though, as these are of no real use unless you’re doing a boot carry. The knife has a reassuring heft and is comfortable in the hand. It is also razor sharp with a nice hollow grind and secondary bevel. I like the lock mechanism as this really is positive, but also easy to deliberately release. This is the sort of quality I’d expect from American manufacturers but these are made in China. I will be buying more NedFoss knives for sure!

Was a gift but was very nice looking

Needed a knife that had a back locking mechanism since your average folding knife has a small metal tab which locks it into place has failed me before with alot of cutting pressure. Great blade as it stays sharp compared to plain ole stainless. Patterns are nice and the blade is longer than your average 3.5 inch blade. Only problem I see is that there is no hole for adding a lanyard. So I drilled out a hole and added a large key ring. Its now perfect for my needs and dont plan on losing it. One note that it is quite hefty and does have some weight. Its not a problem for me, but for others, you will feel it in your pocket. Great knife!

This knife has a nice weight and a smooth feel, fitting comfortably in a large hand. It is incredibly sharp right out of the box and can easily slice paper into thin strips. The knife is well-balanced and expertly made, with great attention to detail. It is worth the price I paid. Since it's so sharp, I recommend using both hands to open and close it for safety. The packaging was also excellent. Overall, this is a fantastic pocket knife!

I bought two of these knives as a his and hers for my son and his fiancé. They absolutely loved them. These are great to have around for many uses. These knives are so well made and are must have beautiful and useful tools. Would purchase again.
