It's really helped me with my lower back pain
It all feels of good quality. I was towards the top of the L size range so ordered XL. It fits really well and really helps supporting my lower back. I've been in transport all my life and occasionally my back gives up. Its very painful and makes even just getting up out of chairs and walking a real struggle. This product has really helped. For the money it seems like a no brainer. I would recommend it.

I have tried all sorts of straps, belts, braces, creams, hot beanbags etc etc. nothing has been better at helping with my back pain and sciatic foot pain than this. It’s incredibly comfortable to wear all day under my shirt. It sits perfectly over the area I feel I need support. It tucks my pelvis in nicely which helps with the sacroiliac pain. I would say never give up searching for that one thing that helps.

Exactly what I needed
Purchased this as been struggling with back pain after putting it out picking up a box of tissues… yes, tissues. Old age is no fun. Worn this for two days straight (except bedtime) and wow, what a difference. I can put socks on without being in pain, I can sit on the sofa without having to organise the cushions behind me, it’s incredible the difference this has made. I’ve taken it off at the end of day two and the pain is barely there anymore. I’ll wear it for work (as my job involves a lot of sitting) to keep my back straight but I’m super impressed with this. My only negative is I initially purchased a medium (based on my measurements that’s what the description said I needed) but it was far too big and I reordered a small, which fit perfectly.

Good and cheap!
Provides really good support. In my case it helps quite a bit when golfing. There are some braces not even half as good and more expensive at the pharmacy.
