This device is really very good. I didn't even use it for the full 15 minutes it recommends. Still saw a continued improvement..noticeable improvement in my skin. I'm glad I bought it!

It won’t turn on after the first week of use.

This therapy light worked pretty well. You need to use both the vibration and the light to get the full effect. If you do not have skincare on it will drag and be painful. The shape is easy to hold in your hand, although not lightweight. It says it’s travel friendly, which it is technically, but I found this too large for something I would bring with me. Overall I have not seen a lot of improvements but will keep using it to see if over time more effects show up. Overall I really only have two complaints. It could have just been the one I received but when I was using the red light I noticed a faint burning smell coming from the device. It heats up pretty quickly so maybe it was just warming up but it was noticeable. Second is the list of contraindications listed inside the instruction manual. According to this, if you are pregnant, had botox or filler, using acids, or are menstruating then you cannot use this device? Maybe I am just not used to these light therapy devices but it seemed like there was a lot of limitations to using this and there was no clear explanation as to why. Overall decent device worth a try. I will update if I start to see noticeable improvements

I like it has a stand I can set it in when not in use or charging. I found the machine is built well. It seems durable to me. When charging I have to use the enclosed converter with my power brick as the power brick was not included in my package. I found the lines easy to read to know how much charge I have left, these are on the backside of the machine. I like that there were easy to read instructions that came included in my box. I found the red and blue lights to work well and be nice and bright. I always use conductive gel when I use my machine. It helps the machine connect with my skin and run smoothly across the surface of my face. It also connects the microcurrent with the muscles in my face giving me better results. I found the microcurrent to be good and strong with my gel. I would suggest to start out on low and work your way up. I like the uplifting effect the machine gives my face. It feels tighter and smoother after treatments with the machine. Overall I like the machine as it works well and I can feel a difference on my skin after use. I have enclosed pictures so you can make an informed decision based on your own personal needs. Yes, I would recommend this product.

This is beautifully made microcurrent/light therapy skincare device! Stunning presentation, so absolutely gift worthy. Arrives partially charged and ready for use. Stand provided which is nice if you'd like to leave it out on your counter for convenient use. It does sit a little weird in the stand, but once settled, it's fine. For the price point, I don't want this device to fall or be at risk for any damage, so be sure it's seated well in its cradle if storing that way. Instruction booklet is thorough and easy to understand the controls and features. Feels nice in-hand, not too heavy. I like the angle on the head itself, it lends itself nicely when gliding across the skin. The light therapy will always be noticeable, but for the EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) feature, you'll need to apply gel or moisturizer to the skin or you will not feel the stimulation, so be aware of that. It does provide some strong stimulation on the highest setting! Coupled with the light therapy and you've got some powerful skincare benefits in this little device. Comes with all necessary charging cables and plug ins. Fully charges impressively fast! Be sure to read the contraindications prior to using. I love the stimulation it provides and will continue to use. I'm aware the results are short term, but the benefits of self care last much longer. If you're looking to really pamper yourself, this is a splurge you deserve!

I was looking forward to using this product, but unfortunately, I never got the chance—it arrived, I charged as instructed, and still wouldn’t turn on. It’s completely non-functional. To make matters worse, there is no direct way to contact the supplier for a replacement, leaving me with only the option of returning it for a refund. That process is slow, with a waiting period of 16 days after dropping off the return, plus additional time for my financial institution to process the funds. A faulty product should have a straightforward resolution, and the inability to request a replacement directly from the supplier makes this an even more frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing unless the return and replacement process is improved.
