It works well to help my muscles relax and heal. I've been taking it for about 2 months for an injury. I missed a couple of days and noticed a difference. I will continue to use it until I'm healed. In the meantime, it's natural and healthy.

Misleading Labeling
The product description is inaccurate. It says in several places that you need one capsule a day. The product I received says the dosage is 3 capsules 2x a day. The front label is identical but the back label is completely different. Raises concern on what product you are actually getting.
