Horrible Amazon Service
Donot buy this from Amazon. The machine is good but the delivery by Amazon is horrible. They didn't generate installation ticket and even after complaining and raising the issue with respect to installation I was lied to saying that the issue has been raised however after 10 days and raising 4 tickets no action was taken. Only after I directly contacted Whirlpool was I told that no request was raised however they sent someone for installation immediately. The product is good but amazon is horrible when it comes to service.

Functional, but the build quality is a letdown.
I've been using this washing machine for a months now. While it performs its core job well and washes clothes properly, the build quality is very disappointing. The exterior is made of low-quality plastic that doesn't feel durable. More frustratingly, the "rat mesh" provided is ineffective; rats managed to bite through it within the first month. If you live in an area where pests are a concern, be prepared to invest in additional protection. It works, but the materials used are definitely subpar for the price.

I am very disappointed with this washing machine. I bought the Whirlpool 8 Kg 5 MAGIC CLEAN PRO expecting good wash quality, but it has been a poor experience. The biggest issue is that the heater function does not clean clothes properly. Even after washing with hot water, stains and discoloration remain on white shirts. There is hardly any noticeable improvement compared to a normal wash. Another major problem is the excessive noise. The machine is much louder than expected, especially during the wash and spin cycles. The vibration at the start of the cycle is extremely concerning. The machine shakes so violently that it literally moved from its original position. Even after ensuring it was placed on a level surface, the issue persisted. Overall, I regret buying this product. The cleaning performance, noise levels, and vibration make it difficult to recommend. I expected much better quality from Whirlpool.
