Excellent speed and coverage
deliverd promptly by Amazon the next morning, I wanted to replace my reliable , but very slow sky router. I had expected some issues connecting to the internet as there arelots of people saying you need a userid and password for sky. Connected to my sky fibre internet via on ONT , and within seconds i was up and running with fantastic wifi speed.I did have an issue , whereby the wifi connection would keep dropping intermittently . A call to NETGEAR support solved this when I did eventually speak to the support agent for this product. This was my biggest issue. The first time I called, the call was answered promptly and then passed to the support agent for this product. I was then left hanging for an hour without reply from the support agent. The second time I called I requested a call back due to the previous issue. They said it would take 2 hours. BUT they never called. The third time I explained what had happened and they said they would wait until I was put through, But that still took 30 minutes. However , once through the support agent understood the issue and resolved it within 10 minutes. He told me to disable wireless smart connect and then assign different wireless channels for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies. Channel 11 and 48 respectively. Wow! Instant fix , and no issues since. I'm not sure why they dont send out routers this way as it must be a common issue. Very very happy with both speed and coverage within the house, and I would reccomend, BUT Netgear should improve their response time for support , as I was getting close to returning! 5 star for the router performance , which is what matters ultimately. I would recommend without hesitation.

Terrible router, doesn't hold wifi, also if power goes out router needs two or three attempts to restart

Good product but did not help me
Had a lot of trouble with my other Bluetooth devices once this was installed had to sadly return it back the range of WiFi signal was not meeting my needs as I have thick walls in my house . Good router very easy to setup , you also get defenders for your internet etc… unfortunately did not meet my needs😯

Scammy company - useless warranty
Avoid at all costs. The device became faulty after a few months. We tried contacting support as it was still under warranty, however they refused to help us unless we pay for a one year support before they are willing to consider a warranty claim. Extremely scammy behaviour and completely pointless warranty.

A superb piece of kit what every serious computer user should consider if you need speed or coverage
This is a superb router which when connected to an existing router or router/modem will supercharge your wifi to the next level, both on speed and coverage. This can be controlled by an app on a phone and can have multiple levels of control and one of the best features is the guest wifi as you can put trusted on a seperate channel to your own for staff or even friends and family. 100% worth the money just remember you do need to keep your own supplier installed initial modem to connect to this.

Good piece of kit
Easy setup and much better range / speeds than the standard ISP router. Would recommend to switch off the smart connection and allocate devices to 2.4/5Ghz manually, then once all devices are linked switch off the WiFi of the ISP router. Other than that very little intervention required post setup.

Delivery - not impressed (rating)
Initially due Monday. Wasn't dispatched till Sunday evening ( Delivery by Royal Mail). Monday deadline Royal Mail haven't picked it up yet. Now due Wednesday. Expect better on a high cost item. It is now Wednesday and tracking says it hasn't been picked up yet.

This junk will not work with Odido NL!
Beware of this Netgear JUNK router as it does not support native WAN VLAN tagging and thus will not work with Odido fibre connection in the Netherlands! What a waste of time! Returned back. Infact none of the RS series support WAN VLAN tagging which is such a shame paying the cost.

Gut
- Grundschutz: DoS‑Erkennung, Port‑/Dienstfreigaben fein steuerbar, UPnP umschaltbar, frei wählbare DNS‑Server. Leistung/Hardware kurz - Dual‑Band Wi‑Fi 7 (2,4 + 5 GHz), BE6500‑Klasse. 4K‑QAM, OFDMA/Multi‑RU, Preamble Puncturing, MLO.

Title: Ottimo: Netgear non delude mai!
