Great Toaster
My experience with this toaster has been a positive one. Perfectly toasted bagels and bread. I know they give you the dimensions of the thing but I was still surprised how big it was but I love the colour and the style.

Two Sided Toasting ?
Had this for several weeks now and the product is very pleasing on the eye and looks good in my kitchen. On the downside it is like many other toasters in that it does not toast evenly on both sides when doing a single slice which I put down to poor design. It looks like you are buying a product made in the UK from a UK company but like many other items these days it is made in China. Still pleased with my purchase but not sure I would recommend it.

Failed toaster
I am writing to say that the toaster has failed in respect that one side appears not to be working at all in the way of toasting therefore how do I go about replacing the item or getting my money back. Therefore can I have some sort of reply as soon as possible.

Quality Toaster
4 slices, able to heat different thickness of breads. Toasted in no time and the toaster has 2 dials so you don't have to eat soggy/charred bread.. personal preference - just before the smoke detector kicks in 😁 Best toaster, used every single day, keeps toast warm, cooks from frozen, good price for a small appliance which looks so good. Love my Haden toaster.

Pale toast
If you like nice golden toast you may be disappointed with this toaster. We bought it to replace an earlier Haden model (which was still working) but did not match the new kettle so bought the matching toaster. With it turned right up almost the the highest it still delivers very pale and patchy toast. Disappointed and surprised as Haden is normally a good brand.
