Do all firmware versions support navigation map cards?

We learned that some firmware versions do not support map cards. In some regions, after upgrading certain firmware versions,the map card cannot be supported.The SD map function can work normally on 99% of cars.

Why does my display screen not support touch after installing this box?

This is related to the firmware version of the car. In some regions, touchscreen is not supported when using Android Auto, but the touch is supported while using Apple Carplay.
