Works superbly well. Comfortable and easy to adjust. I try to spend an hour or two walking around with ten or fifteen pounds hanging from it. Doesn't cause hotspots or sore spots on my scalp or neck.

For the price, it isn’t bad. My only complaint is it is a little big for smaller heads but you can make it work. I’ve only used up to 25lbs with it and it has no issues with that weight. I believe it will be fine for the short to medium term but when weights go up higher, will probably have to get a better made one. For just starting in neck training, it’s a very good deal and should work fine.

Very comfortable fit and sturdy build. I had a spinal fusion a few years ago and had poor luck with the typical PT, this actually adds a great deal of strength to the neck muscles and it’s one of the best ways to reduce strain.

Not terrible but not amazing. Definitely NOT made for taller people it seems like. I’m about 6’6 & it’s to small but I can make it work & still get a workout in.
