Decent and great value for money
It eeks a 5 star because for what I paid and what I got, I'm very happy. It's no tools assembly, gives lots of storage, and is a fairly cheap and cheerful solution. I would recommend. You probably wouldn't want this on display in a hall though, get something nicer and more expensive, but ours is in a cupboard and it's great. P.S I was shocked at how small the packaging was, I honestly thought a 2nd box would be needed, but it was all there. In theory you could dismantle this without tools, divide it into 2 smaller units, miss a shelf, etc.

Sturdier than I anticipated
Far sturdier than I anticipated when I opened the box, works a treat. Did attach it to the wall for extra reinforcement, you never know with kids 😂

Flimsy and bendy
Went wobbly and crooked within a few hours. Might fit tens of pairs but if they're not all ballet flats, they'll be too heavy and disfigure the rods. Easy enough to assemble but not fit for purpose.

Only holds light shoes & trainers
At first I was delighted with this shoe rack, held all our shoes and looked good. Unfortunately the plastic slots for the poles started to warp and it collapsed so I switched the plastic holder around, but it happened again to the other side, who knew that the shoes weighed 60 lbs or more, so you need to only put light shoes / runners on it, I had boots but could only fit them on the top due to spacing between shelves so that wouldn't have helped!

Good as it gets
It’s good , easy to set up but not very sturdy,,, it’s shaken when I added all the 10 steps, and has collapsed twice, so ended up dividing it up into 2 halves which serve the purpose but if you don’t have enough space for 2 shoes racks then don’t buy

A robust tidy, rack for the price.
It was easy to assemble and fitted nicely into the space I had available. There is lots of space to store most of my shoes.
