I injured my foot at work, and a coworker had this in the freezer, so I tried it. I liked it so much that I bought one for myself. Pros: 1. The shape is great because it makes it much more versatile than a typical ice pack. The straps allow it to fit around just about any extremity joint, and because they're so long, it can also work for your shoulder or even your back (depending on your build). 2. Long-lasting cold. On my foot, it stays cold for about 1.5 hours, which I think is very reasonable. Cons: 1. Sometimes the long straps can be a little annoying because the Velcro sticks to itself while you're trying to wrap it around. I solved that by folding the Velcro end of the strap back on itself twice before wrapping it. Once the ice pack is in place, I unfold it once and fasten it like normal. 2. It can take a while to get cold (the manufacturer recommends about 4 hours), but I think the tradeoff is worth it because it stays cold for so long once it is frozen.

Icepack works well on the knee. The elastic & velcro straps holds it in place and allows you to tighten it to the desired pressure. It stays cold pretty well although we haven't used it longer than 30 minutes at a time, then back into the freezer for the next use.

I like the product, but I wish it would stay cold for much longer. It is comfortable, easy to put on, doesnt burn the skin and will stay cold for a solid 10 mins. If thats cool, go for it!!!

Excellent product when recovering from knee and hip surgery. High quality, easy to use, large size helps distribute ice relief over larger area. Velcro straps were durable and didn’t easily become detached. Having 2 options for use (flicked side or plain side) helped when we needed more cooling effect. Product reached desires frozen state within short amount of time and allowed for at least an hour of temperature retention before needing to be returned back to freezer.

This knee joint ice pack works great. It has a fabric side that is soothing to your bare skin. The long velcro straps hold the ice pack secure even when standing and walking. Great, high quality ice pack very easy to use.

So outside is nylon , inside ( up against my knee) is a plush and comfy but doesnt get cold enough. So i use nylon side against knee cuz significantly colder but not as comfy. Other than that they seem well made. Not bad for price. I guess if u want really cold and comfy gonna probably cost double the price and would receive 4 stars from me

I had a total knee replacement two weeks ago and use this ice pack multiple times a day (alternating with other cold packs). This one is my favorite. The straps aren't as depicted in the photo but they still work to keep the pack nicely wrapped around the knee. The cold lasts about 20 minutes and then I put it back in the freezer and it quickly gets cold again. At this price point it meets and exceeds every expectation and then some.

I love the fact it wraps around staying in place. After almost a month of pain in the back of my knee, this ice pack gave me great pain relief. I like the fact that it’s reusable and easy to use especially when you need to real fast. The straps are long and stretchy to wrap around your knee. It’s very strong and durable. You can take it anywhere with you. I highly recommend this wrap around ice pack for anyone who needs pain relief. I also use it on my shoulder and elbow. Oh and you can walk and bend your knee.

I ordered 2 pieces of the dark blue ice pack but received only 1 dark blue pack and a smaller light blue one. The bigger dark blue ice pack is as described. It covers a big area and the 2 straps give good compression. The smaller light blue ice pack doesn’t cover much area and has only 1 strap. So, it covers less area and gives less compression. Not so effective.
