Seems great so far. Could use basic instructions
Seems great so far. Could use basic instructions. The small flexable plastic line is ran through loops so it makes a red ring that lghts up. Pretty cool. But you need to pick between yellow side or black side if you don't want to pull it out change sides. So I ran it on either other side loop. See picture. Then I used both ties to secure it all. It will fold up like your car window shade but it will take a little more force and that's good becuse the metal ring is more robust. I have no idea what do with the orange stickers as their are no instructions or suggestions. I think I'll put four on each side. Hopefully they will stay on over time. Or just not use them.

Works as it should
Definitly needed when taking off on grass because my drone sits so low, the blades can get cought up in the grass blades. This insures nothing will get caught. Decent quality for the price and it works as it should. Solves my problems.

Easy
This is a unfolding disk. So when you pull it out it unfold. To fold it just a twist. It has a string light for night time and reflective stickers. The reflective stickers are absolutely worthless. They don't stick to the fabric very well, they tear terribly and are a complete waste. Don't bother with them. It would have got the five stars at the reflect the stickers group higher quality. Pretty much you that was the only junk part of the whole thing.

Great pad for hobbiests with small/mid size drones.
Such a cool item for your drone. Wide landing and take off of the pad ensure no dust, dirt, or debris are kicked up upon flight or landing which can get into the motor heads of many DJI drones. The size is immense and will work with any commercial DJI drone. Don’t let it’s size fool you. It flips and compacts into 25% of its original size. This is a thin nylon surface. There are other manufacturers that use a solid platform with level markings to help level your drone calibrations. As a hobby enthusiast this pad is perfect for our use. The smaller size of the solid platforms could cause disaster if they land more than a few inches off the mark. Profesional drones with better sensors could possibly navigate this pad with ease, but it is too small for larger commercial drones. Stickers that come with the pad are very cool!

Good concept. Quality not quite there
The idea of having a landing pad for your drone is great. In a perfect scenario, you have the pad in an accessible area, the pad itself is easily visible to you via line-of-sight and your drone's camera, and the pad is well anchored to the ground. This pad fall short. For starters, there are no loops that you can use to feed the stakes/anchors through. There is a series of loops around the perimeter of the pad, but these are placed parallel to the pad itself, and are intended to feed the EL (Electro-Luminescent) wire around the edge. In reality, these loops would be too narrow for the stakes anyway. There is one large ribbon-loop near the South marking, but it’s a lone loop on the perimeter; I’m not sure of its specific purpose. The EL wire that is included with the pad is just OK. It isn't very bright, and the one that I got is more like a soft red, almost orange color. I thought from the photos that there would be other parts of the pad that would light up, but no, it's just the wire you thread around the edge. The lighting around the edge would have been sufficient I guess if my pad didn't come with a couple of the loops either completely loose, or not stitched well and already coming undone. This isn't a huge problem as I happen to have someone in the house handy with a sewing machine, but it just speaks to the quality of the product.Anyway, rather than dealing with an exchange, we got the loops stitched up really well, and we're off to the skies. In the future though, I am going to get some brighter EL-wire, perhaps a bright green or blue to make the pad really stand out in the dark. For now, it will just have to do.

Look out below...
A super steel band holding this bright yellow and black compass rose. Its great for knowing which direction the real world is when flying your drones. This is very easy to see during the day or when its lit at night. It comes with a bag to hold it when you are not using it. It also has spikes to hold it in place so it doesnt move around during take off and landing. It also helps keep your drone alot cleaner.A very nice piece of gadget. The only Con is it can break your nose when you open it if your not careful. Its super strong

Drones Landing Pad with LED Light
This is a must have for anyone with a drone. I am not too worried about find where I am to land more so having a clean, dust, dirt and debris free area to take off from and land. No matter where you are you have to take into account how much take off stirs up and cause material to get inside your motors and case premature failure. I did have this happen on my first DJI Phantom 1 that I had to replace the motors on. After investing in a Mavic Air and Mavic Pro 2 I decided it would be best to use a landing pad.The added bonus of the LED lights would help if I didn't have all the other telemetry with my drones. But I guess it could help with other lower end drones that don't come with the telemetry readings.I is built as sturdy as my neutral gray and gray balance / reflectors I use for my camera and folds up just the same way. It makes is easy to store a tuck into a back pack. All round worth the investment.
