The Quilted Bear 12" x 12" Rotating Self-Healing Cutting Mat, Pink

This has been a fantastic addition to my sewing and quilting supplies. The rotation feature is incredibly convenient, allowing me to turn the mat instead of constantly repositioning my fabric. It makes trimming quilt blocks and cutting smaller pieces much quicker and more accurate. the self-healing surface has held up very well after repeated use with a rotary cutter, showing very few cut marks. The grid lines are clear, easy to read, and helpful for making precise measurements and straight cuts. the mat rotates smoothly while staying stable during use which is a huge time-saver for detailed projects. Overall, this cutting mat is well-made, durable and offers excellent value for the price. It's a great tool for quilting, sewing, crafting and other precision cutting tasks. This is my second one because I got my friends hooked on quilting and everyone wants to use it to cut out quilt pieces, usually at the same time. Because it rotates, the cuts are perfect and so much faster than using just a cutting mat. Simple design, simple to use, outstanding quality. If you quilt, you should add this to your quilting tool kit.

Love it great quality great price

This cutting mat is very handy. It turns easily and locks easily. It seems to get bit into by the rotary blade a bit more than my larger Olfa mat does but it works. As someone else stated, the center of the mat is raised up higher than the outer area and that’s a bit of a problem for me. I wish the maker could have found a way to increase the thickness of the outer mat to get it equal with the inner part but it does still function well so I’m happy with it.

This is my 2nd rotating cutting mat from The Quilted Bear. I liked my 1st one so much, I ordered a 2nd so i could keep one beside my sewing machine. The mat rotates easily, or stays in a locked position and does not slip. The mat is easy to cut on and appears to heal nicely. They come in multiple sizes and colours. My original was round. I went for the rectangular shape this time. Still debating about the small 7" for epp on the go. I have ordered several items from the quilted bear and they have all been high quality.
