Bittersweet ice cream
This could have been a great ice cream. Maybe it's just my palate, but there were 3 issues with it: 1. The blackcurrants were too large (maybe I'm not used to having ice cream with such large chunks of fruit), 2. The blackcurrants were quite bitter. 3. There were TOO MANY blackcurrants, so I couldn't really enjoy the actual ice cream. I don't think I've ever come across this issue before. It's a really nice ice cream, but I guess for my own palate, the 3 reasons listed above left me in a state of "eh!"
