I ordered these over 6 weeks before my event and sadly, I did not check everything before the big night. While setting up at the event, I noticed that the package was missing 2 of the velvet ropes. I had to improvise and only use 6 of the posts, but we made it work with the red carpet. The Monday following the event, I reached out to the company to let them know that we were shorted 2 ropes. They were very quick to respond and they made sure that everything was made right. Before the end of the week, I had 2 ropes that I quickly packed into the carrier for the next event. They are great quality, they look high end and held up great. I would order them again if needed, but pretty sure they will last a long time.

I purchased these stanchions for a nightclub. I was pleasantly surprised at how they arrived and the quality. You will need to get some playground sand to fill the bottoms. One bag filled all 8 bases. I would recommend it for light use. Customer service responded quickly when I had a question. I would purchase again!

Now, every time I walk down my hallway, I feel like I’m on the red carpet—minus the awkward “Who are you wearing?” questions (answer: sweatpants, always sweatpants). These posts are solid, shiny, and scream exclusive event. When I rope them off, even my dog needs a VIP pass to enter the kitchen. The quality is so good I half expect Ryan Seacrest to pop out and ask for an interview. Pros: • Instantly turns your home into a Hollywood premiere. • Heavy enough to feel legit (remember to fill them with sand), but not so heavy you need a personal assistant named Chad to move them. • Great for practicing your acceptance speech for “Best Performance in Avoiding Social Events.” Cons: • Still no invite to the Vanity Fair after-party. Bottom line: If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a star without leaving your house, this is your golden ticket. Five stars for making me the A-lister of my own living room.

These were the cheapest ones I could find with decent reviews, and they worked out perfectly. They’ve been used multiple times for multiple events, and they work just as described and stay up without issue. They’ve are easy to break down and also easy to put back together.
