Bought this for work! Seems high quality although it’s a little flimsy. I really like it an happy I purchased it.

I’m not putting the file to test as far as fire or water resistance. The outside has a grippy texture that is not unpleasant. I just wanted a small enclosed file I could keep on my desk that would zip closed. The zipper is smooth and comfortable. The file Kris my free documents separate and easy to access without fear of things falling out when I move it. Simple solutions to simple problems.

I bought two of these to keep all the paperwork for our upcoming move. They are sturdy and the zipper is quality. The folder does seem like it might be fireproof and waterproof, but I haven't tried to light it on fire or plunge it into water to test the theory. The folder has 12 tabbed dividers of thin, clear plastic, and there is enough room for manila file folders. I am able to easily fit a 350-page 8.5x11 workbook inside, so presumably I'll be able to load it with at least as many individual papers. It does the job that it is supposed to do, and well. Here's the catch though... If you have an animal that sheds, don't be surprised if every stray hair in the environment sticks to this folder. Dust loves to stick to this thing too. If you are a super-clean neatnik, this may be the folder for you. If however, you have kids or animals and are not as on top of dusting as you'd like to be (like me), this may be the folder that you throw against the wall in frustration. Maybe this is just the price that you pay for fireproofing and waterproofing; don't know, but lesson learned.

Excellent Fit! I use it to fit inside my messenger bag for more filing space. I couldn't be happier with the end reusult. It easily comes out for stand alone use. The design is nice and durable. Has three openings which is perfect for what I needed. Zipper closure holds everything in place and secures documents inside. Great Price, Great Product!

Work at a law firm and wanted this for clients to have their estate planning documents in. We wanted to see if it was actually fire and water proof, so we drowned a folder and burnt one. Safe to say if your house burns downs or majorly floods this folder is not surviving. If you want it as just an organizer it is really nice.

Does the job brilliantly. I like that the zips can be padlocked together for extra security. The alphabetical tabs fall out, annoyingly, so I had to tape them in place. Also annoying that the darker plastic colours are too opaque to read the labels within. Small quibbles though! Overall it's fulfilling it's function very well indeed.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my son who travels for work and needed something to carry important papers while travelling. He loved it and fits in his suitcase yet big enough to carry all his papers perfectly and other work related items. The fact it’s water and fireproof is a plus. Would recommend this case for all occasions but for travelling it’s not as bulky as a briefcase. Love it!!!
