I had been smoking for about 15 years when I decided that it was too expensive and just so bad for my health. The gum pieces are smaller, but 4mg a piece, and I have had this box for over three weeks and still have a few left. I will definitely buy them again, as they taste better than the Amazon brand, the feeling of the nicotine lasts longer, and the flavor lasts longer as well. Great tool to quit smoking I would start with a higher milligram and then scale down to the lower. Yeah it’s a little expensive but so are cigarettes. The taste is like chewing a mint gum or cinnamon, flavored gum. I’ve had no side effects and it stops the cravings for cigarettes.
