The seller of this item shipped this in a very thin, foldable box with zero tape or anything thing to reinforce the box that my REM-POD, came in. I ordered this here on Amazon.Ca that came with the second item I ordered that was a case of screws. When I opened this parcel, The box was broken apart from how poorly this was shipped. However someone was watching out for me, because this REM-POD Came in perfect condition. Once I got it all cleaned up and attached the small annettena that was glued on the top of the REM-POD, That was easy to clean because of the thin layer of plastic used to protect the top. When I tried this out for the very first time. I was amazed with how great this actually work's. When I received a message from a spirit that died, in our apartment building.
