This contains Cassia cinnamon which is proven to be bad for your liver! If you're going to try cinnamon, make sure it is Ceylon cinnamon folks!

How long do you have to take glucocil before it takes effect?

It takes about a week for your system to adjust. My numbers started to come down after that. At my one month check-up my A1c went from 7.2 to 6.2. My doctor was very pleased with these results.

How many tablets in a bottle.

There are 120 tablets per bottle. Instructions say take 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner for first 3 days. Then take 2 for lunch and 2 for dinner. There is enough for 30 days. My average reading per day was about 140-150. After a few days 107-115 average per day. Testing 3 times per day. Hope this helps.
