When you buy this supplement, be sure to read ALL of the product information and follow the directions. If you do not take the capsules with a FULL glass of WATER you will get heartburn. If you don't like taking a lot of pills, don't buy this product. Also, if you are taking any prescription meds, this product will most likely see them as a toxin and flush them from your body so don't take it at the same time as your meds. I'm not sure if I like it because I thought that I could use my healthcare savings account to cover the cost but even though my doctor approved it, they still said that I could find something "similar" at a local pharmacy, which I can't. The cost of the product is a big factor to me. If I didn't have health insurance, it might not be too bad. I don't like taking the prescription narcotic pain med but I only have a $10 co-pay with that, I take it 1x/day and the pill is really small. Also, when I stop taking the Heal-n-Soothe, the pain comes back so I can't say that it isn't addictive. I will need to take something for my back pain and arthritis for the rest of my life.

Everything's good about this except the price is a little out there. You think fine two bottles you could get a good discount but they still work.

So far, so good. I have a problem of long standing, so I think this is going to take a while to be effective.

I’ve been taking it for years. It works for me

This has been an absolute game changer for me! I’ve been taking it for almost two years now. Before, if I did medium lifting (50#) or yard work, my back pain would have me in the recliner all day the next day taking lots of NSAIDs and a heat pad to get by. During a pain episode, I searched and found this. After a taking it for a couple weeks, I noticed a huge difference. After a month on it, my life is completely changed! No. More. Back. Pain! I can work hard in the yard and lift sacks of feed for our animals and it doesn’t bother me a bit. I haven’t taken NSAIDs since starting this. I was taking way more than I wanted to previously. This has completely changed my life! I can now do the things I enjoy and not pay the price the next day.

I wanted to share my experience with Heal-N-Soothe after taking two bottles. It has helped my back tremendously! While I still experience pain, especially on days when I’m more active, the discomfort is significantly less than when I wasn’t taking these supplements. However, they are quite expensive. Some users report that they can manage with just one dose a day (3 pills), but I find that I need to take 9 pills daily. This means one bottle lasts me only 10 days, and I still have some discomfort. Would I recommend Heal-N-Soothe? Absolutely! That’s why I’m sharing my experience. However, the cost is a concern for me, as it works out to about $5 a day for my dosage. Being on a fixed income, that daily expense is difficult to budget in, and I’m not sure I can continue at this price, despite the benefits.
