Don't think it's water based, but it is resistant to mould , moisture and steam

Can you wipe scuffs off with this paint. I purchased this colour in your normal range and hate that I can’t wipe scuffs?

Can i use 'dulux 5260796 easycare washable & tough matt emulsion paint for walls and ceilings ' on primed mdf skirting board?

I bought this paint as it stated easy care and washable. It was used on walls. Unfortunately I would not recommend this if u have children.as it is not easy care and hardly washable. We ended up having to paint over it.I wish I had bought silk emulsion instead. It looks nice on the walls but thats it. Would not recommend.
