Dunlop Picks - Tortex Standard Yellow 0.73mm - Pack 12

A really nice and firm pick for those that like to use heavier strings on their guitar. The edges don't ware down easy and last a long time. With it being a pack of 12 then they are going to last along time

If you are looking for a thicker pick, for a more accurate plectrum strumming and picking experience and you have been using a thinner one, then this is a great pick to move up to. Also the Blue one at 1mm is a good one to try as well. The tortex material is much nicer, more comfortable, along with a more grippy feel, in my opinion. Overall a good quality all round plectrum....

Love these picks, very grippy, even with sweaty fingers, although they aren't as long lasting as some. Ideal for gigging with

Who would have thought there is so much to think about when choosing a pick! Anyhow, I did some research and decided to try Tortex picks .50. I'm a beginner, just learning first few chords, and the pick seems perfect. It's got a nice light texture so secure to hold. It has a decent amount of flex with enough rigidity to grab the strings but enough flex to play smoothly. You also get 12 in a pack, which should last a while even with regular playing.

The only picks I ever use!

I've not been playing guitar for very long and found my normal picks would not stay still. I haven't developed enough skill yet to adjust them whilst playing, hence trying out some tortex ones. Reviews for them seemed positive on the whole, so I thought I'd give them a try. The texture has made a massive difference to the amount of grip I have on them and no longer have to squeeze onto them for dear life to try and keep them still. I've found the .88 size is a good all rounder for strumming and picking, however, that all comes down to personal preference. The price is good for the amount you get and I'll definitely buy them again in different thicknesses as well.

I tried other makes and thicknesses until I settled on these. Recommended by a friend who can play and he was right.

Vienen 12 púas y de momento sigo utilizando la primera. Me durarán muchos años. La impresión se borra con el uso, pero no he tenido problemas al tocar una acústica con ella.
