The product is perfect for tendonitis in arm and gives a very comfortable and painless support to your arm while doing various work. Even holding the phone was becoming painful but once this brace is used it eliminates the lingering pain in the arm.

Struggling with biceps pain while playing racquet sports, it was troubling me heavily. Finally got a good product with great grip. Will continue using it for a while and write back here and more elaborated review.

Low quality product. Just a strip of soft padding cut and stitched together. No support insert for tendon at any point. Even the end Velcro strip is not stitched in alignment. Nowhere near the professional quality of Tynor or such brands. Will do the job if a tightened wrap around band on upper arm. Look at other products if you need tendon support like the ones available for tennis elbow. Not recommended unless just a basic arm band is needed

This is a basic soft band, not of much use in biceps injury/support. Don't go for it.
