Best sleep aid I’ve ever used. Puts my mind at ease and I can sleep through out the night. No grogginess in the morning or negative side effects.

Naturopathic physicians recommend these 15 yrs ago. I still use them, they work better than any antidepressants. No side effects and doesn't change my personality like prescrption antidepressants. If I miss taking them I feel all the sadness and depression creep in within a day or two. These have nothing to do with the lithium prescription drug. This is lithium ornitate from a plant that's a natural substance not the pharmaceutical lithium. My daughter took them in junior high and high school She took them while she was pregnant and We both love them

Li-zyme 50mcg works for me in that I feel slightly better the next day. A few days ago, I took 300 mcg of lithium orate one evening and felt very groggy and spaced the next day. I sleep well on 300 mcg but feel bad the next day. I will try two pills per day of the Li- zyme product at some point.

This is a subtle mood balancer. I have used it several times to treat grief. Other members of the family use it on occasion as well for same or similar reasons. We like it and it’s safe to take with most medications. Do check your medications to be sure it is compatible. I’m able to process at better and more pleasant efficiency with these tablets. I had a sudden onslaught of panic attacks and dread that would not go away or stop without heavy prescription drugs. I started taking Lizyme and Lizyme Forte (I take 3 lizyme and 3 lizyme forte as of right now) per my alternative medicine doc's recommendation and the panic subsided in 3 weeks. It takes time for the lithium to build up in your system, so you need to continue whatever you're using until it builds up. This supplement has been an absolute life saver. I have no adverse side effects from it

Purchased after reading an article by Midwestern Doctor. After taking one a day (50 mg) a small dose I am a much happier person. My son and brother in law and others are now taking also. All agree. For me I am suddenly less rigid and not imprisoned by my own scheduling. There are counties apparently where they put a low dose of lithium in the water with great results.

An alternative doctor suggested I start taking these with my heart palpitations as she said they can take you out of the sympathetic state. It has been such a blessing and works 99% of the time. I just pop one or maybe two depending and instead of having to lay down for hours for the palps to go away, I just get on with my life. Only thing that has worked!
