After reading the reviews on this item, I was anxious about quality/not fitting. In fact, I believe one review was using my printer (Samsung M2070FW) and said the cartridge didn't fit (maybe it was another toner I was researching). I received the 2 pack today and installed it per the included installation instructions. Everything went well, it fit fine and installation was simple. To tell the truth, the low price kind of made me nervous and the jury is still out on how long it lasts, if it gives me problems in the future and/or if all goes well with the 2nd cartridge when I need to use it. I give it 4 stars as the installation instructions showed a couple steps of removing orange tape, orange rings and/or paper (cardboard) insert. While the toners were shrink-wrapped and the box didn't appear to have been opened, it does make me wonder if these were cartridges were installed before, returned, re-shrink wrapped and re-sold; not likely but it does make me wonder. Also, the first 23 pages I printed came out very warm. I've had experience with many laser printers and I know the fusing process is hot but I've never felt printouts that warm. There's also a slight burn smell. I'm hoping the warm pages and burn smell go away with time. The print quality was excellent.

No issues 2,000 pages

I have been buying this product a once or twice a year for the last two or three years. I am in Grad school and work from home full time so I print a TON and these cartridges still last me months at a time. The price is unbeatable and they allow me plenty of time before needing to reorder ink, whereas other brands have lasted less than a month. I have actually tried other brands thinking there would not be much of a difference and I was very wrong - since then, this is the only ink I use! Never have any streaks or jams, and I can use up the very last tiny bit before starting to notice the black ink starting to dull. Very happy with this product!

I bought these ink cartridges after trying a few cheaper third-party alternatives that didn’t last long or gave inconsistent colors. The packaging looked professional and was sealed properly. Installation was straightforward — the printer immediately recognized the cartridges without any error messages or firmware complaints.

It is working perfect but I dont know why my printer did not recognize the toner instantly and I had to remove and insert it several times.
