Paid full price for a “NEW” product that looks to be used, or at the least, opened already. The monitor had three marks already on the unit, the EVA carry case has what looks like dirt splatter, dust and scratches on it, and the cover on the power cable is visibly scuffed up. I would ask for a replacement if I had the time to waste and the confidence that the vendor would actually send a NEW product, but I lack both. The monitor at least powers on, so I hope it contorts to work without issue. I would not recommend anyone to order this product from Atomos’ Amazon Store.

The box came with the seals already opened, apparently the product is not new and the monitor has some green dots on the screen (maybe burned pixels). Unfortunately I bought it in the USA and I don't have time to return it.

Not even going to try and reach out to support. I paid 800$ for everything not to work. I received the unit used with scuffs on the side - fine no issue I guess as long as it functions - which it doesn’t. I have a Sony A7CR. I Followed every tutorial and updated everything but I still can’t record through the monitor. I have a 2.0 and a 2.1 cable. This is insane. Probably going to go with another monitor. Unacceptable on all fronts.
