Samsung Ceramic Hob with 4 Cooking Zones, With Touch Control, Colour: Black, Material: Glass, C61R2AEE

Bought this Samsung Hob as I already have been using one for over 10 years. Amazon price was the cheapest & delivery was super quick. I like this Hob because it's very stylish and heats up & cooks food quickly. I didn't want to go for induction Hob as I'm more used to this type of cooking & heat control. Brilliant service from Amazon.

This samsung hob is great, it looks and feels premium, it heats up really fast and there's some great quality of life features like, upon Turing a ring on it automatically jumps to lvl 7 heating so that you dont have to stand there turning it up to get ready for cooking and there's also a lock feature. It is hot to the touch and doesn't require special induction pans, simply a flat bottomed pan will work just fine. Another great samsung product.

The item looks great and it's pretty much a ceramic hob just branded as Samsung. It looks straightforward but I've not yet used it. But for the cost I would have expected the following issues not to occur: - no cable supplied. In all the years I've had ceramic hobs I've never seen one supplied without a cable. So I had to disconnect the cable from the old hob to put on this one. It has awkward screws and this whole thing took me an extra hour of my day. It's like they designed this for us not to use it. - the area is smaller than advertised. So it left visible holes underneath were it sits because the previous plates had a bigger glass area to sit properly on the worktop. - nothing underneath to protect from anyone lifting the hob. It comes with some metal contraptions but they don't fit due to the thickness of the worktop. I don't think it's value for money. It cost me nearly £190 but I was fed up of getting Chinese hobs that don't last long. Not sure if this will though as glass ceramic hobs are just weak these days.

Very pleased with my new Samsung Hob unit. Works extremely well and this time the setting sensors are more sensitive to older dry fingers !!

Do not buy the ceramic hob option. It was scratched to bits and not fit for purpose after just 3 uses with brand new pans. On the 4th use there was an issue with the underlying mechanism which has gone brown and discoloured. Amazon have so far been extremely unhelpful when I tried to arrange a refund or replacement - despite an excruciating circular conversation with an associate from the chat for I think nearly an hour, I was told there was no option for Amazon to install the replacement hob because I hadn't paid for installation when I purchased the faulty hob (an option I didn't know existed). I have now been told I have to pay to have the hob taken out so it can send it back to Amazon before they will refund me. Distinctly unimpressive, we will not buy goods like this from amazon again. I have asked to be put in contact with a manager to arrange more acceptable compensation / a replacement which is fit for purpose

selected this model because it fitted the space in the kitchen without any alterations, it is fine works well and no problems to report

I love this hob and bought it as a replacement for our previous one of the same model which stopped working after 10 years. Highly scratch resistant. Great heating - fast and even. Simple to operate - the touch buttons the right amount of sensitivity. The touch sound isn't annoying either. Each heating ring can be operated with individual +- temp buttons, unlike some other models which annoyed us and was the main reason in us buying this

Easy to use and does what it's supposed to. The controls are responsive. The previous one I had was hopeless. It would also beep if you accidentally put something over the control panel. The panel on this one is off to the side, which is great, and it doesn't beep at you if you accidentally put a pan over them. ( It will turn the hob off of course if you move something over the off switch - but that's correct) One review I saw said it was a pain that you had to hold the unlock button down for 3 seconds. You do have to begin with, but it's only once and not a nuisance. Once on, the panel buttons work immediately. My previous hob was really irritating. This is brilliant. I'm extremely happy with it.

It came without any cable inside the pack ! I don’t know how should I connect it with electric without cable !!!

Me llego algo una batidora de mano cuando lo que pedi era una estufa de induccion ya que la imagen la descripcion del pedido viene como estufa de ceramica y hasta el encabezado lo describen como la estufa , no es posible que jueguen con el tiempo de las personas mandando un producto que no coicide con las descripciones estoy muy molesto

Temo que me llegue una batidora y no la estufa que yo compre. En el anuncio original aparece una estufa de inducción y las especificaciones corresponden de una estufa de inducción y no una "batidora". Espero Amazon haga lo necesario para respetar sus ofertas de productos.

Recibi una minibatidora de mano marca Braun, cuando pedí un Placa de cerámica marca Samsung. Increíble la poca atención y gran perdida de tiempo que me han hecho esperar. Hasta el momento no me han dado resolución.

ALTO... NO COMPREN ESTE PRODUCTO.... EXISTE UN ERROR EN LA IMAGEN Y NOMBRE DEL ARTICULO, NADA QUE VER CON EL PRODUCTO COMPRADO... DESPUES E 2 SEMANAS ME LLEGARON UNAS LICUADORAS DE MANO QUE NO SOM COMPATIBLES CON EL VOLTAJE Y TOMAS DE CORRIENTE EN MEXICO AGUASSSSSS
