Great phone for it's time. I received mine two months ago and it worked fine until the new Android 15 update made it impossible to get Internet data without connecting to wifi. SEE UPDATE BELOW The phone still works for calls and text. I reformatted it several times without success. Hopefully there will be a patch for this glitch. Too late for a refund. Support never replied back. A note said hey were unavailable for two weeks. I'll try to update this once the issue is solved. The night vision and thermal imaging still works. UPDATE: The phone works fine now with Boost Mobile. The company did reach out to me with a useless how to video. The problem is with the Verizon android update, not the phone. Great phone and features. I don't know if it will work with other providers. There is no 5G,

after a month I'm beyond angry. most of my apps dont work or wont install. instantly crashing. freezing, gumming up so bad in the ram I have to delete the tab manually close out the internet and reboot to get it to load. the dog bone design sets your thumb within millimeters of the edge of the screen which it registers as a command to leave whatever app or page you are on wiping out whatever you were typing. worse is that you cant get rid of SOS: which in my country calling the cops is a great way to get yourself killed by the cops as they'll bring an ill trained anti-terror squad to a noise complaint. god help you on a silent pocket dial you don't know is happening. phone is so slippery it cant be gripped if your hands are overly clean and dry. congratulations you are now forcing me to buy a separate .flac player on the bright side it is a lot more durable and the thermal is great. beyond that its all suffering.

So far so good, I've had this phone for about a week now, and it's super fast loading, love the thermal camera.. I'm gonna stop there cause there is way too many cool features in this phone to write down! Now my boyfriend wants one lol..geeze!

Amazing phone, flir works very well and UI in app is well designed. Phone is very durable and fast. With all Samsung devices is is customizable too. Battery life lasts for a solid week. Note I turn off device when not in use. Have not tested connect tools yet.

Hasta el momento (2 meses de uso) muy buen celular. Es grande y pesado, para los que trabajamos, se agradece La cámara térmica, me ha salvado de un par de trabajos (cañerías de agua calienta y losa radiante)

The phone is so cool! Love the camera quality and battery life . Storage quality is good as well and it sounds loud and clear. Way faster than my previous phone and I put my sim in and it connected automatically with no problem.

Used it underwater and got ruined and stopped working!!! NOT WATERPROOF!!!

Excellent buy. I would recommend and will buy again.
