I received this bottle about 10 days ago, and started taking immediately. What I like most upon opening the bottle were the small size of the capsules, they are very easy to swallow. I typically despise taking any form of pills because I choke on the bigger vitamin-sized pills. After taking for a few days, I have noticed my belly doesn’t seem as bloated throughout the day, and then after eating meals, I usually feel a heavy-full feeling, but this has resolved helped that. I don’t feel as weighted down after a meal. My BMs have also increased since taking these, which is amazing, because I’ve always had issues in that department. I would definitely recommend these to others, and I will continue to purchase in the future.

I recently started taking this and wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve taken probiotics before after being prescribed antibiotics in order to keep my gut healthy. This version with enzymes has some other benefits that I wasn’t sure how they’d compare. I have pretty good digestion but as I’ve aged, I have noticed my stomach being a bit bubbly during the night. Not in pain, but enough for me to notice and sometimes keep me awake. I wasn’t expecting this pill to change that but surprisingly I have felt less “bubbly” at night. Something about my digestion may be aided by this supplement. It’s noticeable to me because I can see fewer nighttime disruptions in my sleep tracking app. So interesting!
