I bought the AMD version of this product for local AI development. It has a nice professional looking case, a 2000 watt power supply, a motherboard that supports 4 GPU's at full speed, and was supposed to come with128GB of ECC RAM. However, no RAM. Without the RAM, the value of the remaining components is ~$1600 but I paid $2409. I called Amazon and the options are: return it, accept a measly $300 discount for $800 worth of missing RAM, have them send another and hope the RAM is there, or contact ASUS. So, I contacted ASUS, and they had me fill out a missing item request, then nothing. No response. Wow, I am so incredibly disappointed. What a waste of time. I'm going to have to send it back and start all over buying components. Don't bother with this one, buy something else.

This thing does not work in the United States, as the plug is made for Taiwan, and there is no replacement for US outlets. It also has no graphics card, no sound card, no RAM, nothing besides a motherboard, a case, and a huge power supply. For $2409. Amazon should be embarrassed to have this garbage on here.
