Exactly the same as a mellodrip for less $
EXACTLY the same as a mellodrip for far less money. It doesn't come with the metal holder thingy but I found an Allen wrench I got with a piece of furniture worked perfectly (LOL) - I wound up monting this thing to the bottom of my moccamaster brew arm to help wth water dispersion and it works REALLY well. I can make v60s and regular moccamaster brews on it (I have a KBT (round hole cone holder) so found some new uses for it. Highly recommend for Chemex brews too - it makes much better coffee from that with the lower agitation.

Good
Ok. Something feels off about it, but it works pretty well and is cheap.

Works with my Melitta One Cup Pourover.
I am using this drip assist with a Melitta One Cup Pour Over Cone. Due to the design of the Melitta Cone with extended rim on one side...the drip assist is just a tiny bit unlevel, but not enough to cause any issues. I also like the way you can pour water around the edge of the drip center in cause your dry grounds are not centered in the filter. With the assist, I can just make several pours/splashes in the dripper just like a coffee machine. I don't have to be incredibly careful to pour tiny streams of water from a goose neck. I use a standard hotpot. The finished pour the wet grounds are nearly perfectly level with no inverted coning.

Works well with 01 drippers!
Does exactly what it's supposed to. Low agitation for pourovers. Fits perfectly on the Hario Alpha Tritan 01, and works with the Timemore B75 as well. Slides a little on the B75 but on the Tritan it clips into the top edge and is very stable.

Even Distribution!
Fun tool to get the perfect brew. Helps to finish your pour overs and end with a flat bed. Even distribution tool works great!

Wish it wasn't plastic, wish it was a little bigger.
I am not docking a star because it is plastic. I knew I was buying a plastic thing for my coffee, and it would probably cost quite a bit more if this were made out of metal and/or glass. It does fit on my pour over quite well. I purchased this because it was less expensive than buying a goose-neck kettle, when I already had a kettle. It had a little bit of a learning curve, but it definitely helps me mellow out my pour to help my coffee taste and brew quality. I haven't felt the need to clean this. Hot water flows through it, and I let it air dry. It's a lovely design if not for the materials, and the reason I docked a star is because if it were only a centimeter or two bigger in diameter in the honeycomb looking bit in the center, then I could more effectively hit all my grounds on my pour-over, with it resting comfortably on top. Because the center piece is as small as it is, I tend to need to lift the whole thing with one hand and move it around in the air above the pour-over cone, to get an effective coverage for the initial bloom.

Great “shower screen” for pourover
Works great. It also has a hole where you can stick a chopstick or skewer to hold just the screen. Softens the flow to keep the bed less disturbed while pouring.

Works, decent, cheap
Works as intended. If you don't have a proper gooseneck (like at work), then a drip assist is a must for an even pour. My one complaint with this item is the splash-back... it's hard to pour slow enough to prevent splashing your hands.

Works with Kalita
I used it with Kalita, not a V60 and it still worked great for me. Coffee grains remain still and water gets distributed evenly from top to bottom.
