Estuve buscando por mucho tiempo un dispositivo que me ayudara a alejar el celular de mis manos. Una caja con llave no serviría pues seguiría teniendo fácil acceso, o una caja transparente... porque me causaría ansiedad ver los mensajes llegar. Este dispositivo me deja escoger el tiempo que quiero alejarme del celular y no veo la pantalla, por lo que ayuda a no estar pendiente de las notificaciones. Además tiene una pequeña tapa que te permite contestar llamadas, por lo que incomunicado no estás!

I got this for my husband to hold his cigarettes. It's a little tricky to set, but it counts down to whatever time you set it to. It's advertised for cell phones but works wonderfully for your demon cigarettes. It can be set to just open or to make a sound when the time is up. It's great and worth every penny.
